Vintage Win is an online premium dress store offering curated vintage and vintage-inspired dresses, operated and owned by Garima Singh, based in India. Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure through which we sell our products.

Vintage Win operates exclusively online and ships to customers worldwide.

03 —Products & Availability

Vintage Win sells carefully curated dresses sourced from around the world. Please note the following:

• Many of our pieces are one of a kind. Once a product sells out, it will not be restocked.
• Authentic vintage pieces — particularly our 1980s collection — may carry minor signs of age. Any such details are always disclosed in the product description.
• Product images are as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen's calibration and display settings.
• All size and measurement details are listed in each product description. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering, as we do not offer size exchanges.
• Product availability is shown in real time on our website. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
• In the rare event that an item you ordered is no longer available after payment, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

04 —Pricing & Currency

All prices on Vintage Win are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Indian GST unless stated otherwise.

• For international customers, your bank or payment provider will perform the currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees or charges are your responsibility.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the final price you will be charged.
• Promotional and sale prices are valid only for the duration of the stated offer period.
• Vintage Win is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank or card issuer.

05 —Orders & Payment

By placing an order on Vintage Win, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• All information provided — including your name, address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are fully authorised to use the payment method provided.
• You understand that your order constitutes a legally binding offer to purchase.

• India: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, EMI options via Razorpay
• International: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks via Shopify Payments; PayPal (where available)
• All transactions are processed securely. Vintage Win does not store your card, UPI, or payment details.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these terms, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.

06 —Shipping Policy

Vintage Win ships worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. A tracking link will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier partner performance, local postal services, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.
• Vintage Win is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a parcel once it has been collected by the courier. We recommend ensuring high-value shipments through your local postal service if required.

07 —Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Important notice for international customers:Your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and local VAT/GST imposed by your country's customs authority upon entry. These charges are entirely separate from the price you pay Vintage Win and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

• All applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any associated brokerage or handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Vintage Win has no control over customs processes and cannot predict or calculate the charges that may apply in your country.
• We will not under-declare the value of your shipment or mark it as a "gift" to circumvent customs regulations. Any request to do so will be declined.
• If a shipment is refused or returned due to the customer declining to pay customs duties, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.
• Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes. We appreciate your patience.
• We recommend checking your country's import regulations and applicable duty rates before placing an order. Useful resources include your national customs website or a licensed customs broker.

08 —Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece from Vintage Win. If something is not right, we will do our very best to make it right — wherever you are in the world.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for domestic (India) customers.
• International customers must contact us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
• Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
• Authentic vintage pieces (1980s collection) are non-returnable due to their rare and one-of-a-kind nature, unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within the return window via email or WhatsApp, providing your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
2. We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address and any required documentation.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. For international returns, please mark the parcel clearly as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value" to avoid customs complications. Failure to do so may result in import duties being charged to us, which will be deducted from your refund.
5. Share the tracking number with us once the parcel has been dispatched.
6. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Domestic (India) refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or UPI provider.
• International refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your card network and bank.
• Currency conversion differences (due to exchange rate fluctuations between order date and refund date) are not covered by Vintage Win.
• Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

09 —Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
• After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in processing or dispatch. Please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
• Once a parcel has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, the order cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy above.
• Vintage Win reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after payment, if a pricing error is identified, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

10 —Privacy & Data Protection

Vintage Win is committed to protecting your personal data. Our practices comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and we make every reasonable effort to respect the data privacy expectations of our international customers.

• Payment data: Processed securely by Razorpay or Shopify Payments. Vintage Win does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

• Communications: If you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we retain those messages to resolve your query.

• To process, ship, and follow up on your orders.
• To send you updates about new arrivals or offers — only if you have opted in to marketing communications.

All content on the Vintage Win website — including but not limited to product photographs, written descriptions, the brand name, logo, and overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Garima Singh / Vintage Win and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from Vintage Win.
• Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, imagery, or content may result in legal action.
• You may share links to our website and products for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12 —Prohibited Uses

• Our maximum liability in any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
• We are not responsible for customs delays, import refusals, or additional charges imposed by authorities in your country.
• Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The primary jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of Vintage Win shall be the courts of Delhi, India.

For customers outside India: while Indian law governs this agreement, Vintage Win acknowledges that you may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any such mandatory statutory rights.
